FRANCOIS BEKKER: I am a DA councillor in Pretoria. I fully subscribe to the DA's Open Opportunity Society philosophy. In fact, during my studies (BA International Politics), I was influenced by the work of Karl Popper and I became a follower of the Open Society idea. I am committed to make a contribution in this regard.
